Plot:
Greedy locals are trying to turn some beach property into a tourist attraction, and a computer expert sets out to use is knowledge of computers--along with the help of several local "beach bunnies"--to stop them.

This movie tries to cash in on the then-rising popularity of home computers and the waning teensploitation movement of the eighties. Cringe-worthy all the way. Half the thing is (badly) dubbed, and computers whose screens have about eight pixels are shown to be able to perform miraculous tasks. This is one of the three or four worst movies I have ever seen (along with the Ed Wood oeuvre and Baby Geniuses). I have to admit it appealed to the masochist in me.
Trivia:
Panther appears as themselves and play most of the songs in this movie.
